Schedule Appointments

New Clients.  If you are a new client, call Brenda at (402) 486-1101 to schedule the initial appointment. When Brenda has openings for  new clients, you can also click on one of the Schedule Appointment icons below to register as a new client. Once you create your login information on this secure website, you’ll be asked to complete registration and biographical information forms. You can also send an encrypted e-mail to one of the therapist.  (When Brenda does not have openings, registration for new clients is deactivated.)

Current Clients. Click on one of the Schedule Appointment icons below to confirm your scheduled appointment, cancel, or reschedule. (You will be transferred to a secure website where you will be asked to log in by providing your user name and password.)  You can then schedule appointments and/or send an encrypted e-mail to your therapist.

Privacy and Confidentiality.  In order to maintain professional boundaries and to protect your right to privacy and confidentiality, it is our policy not to respond to unencrypted e-mails sent by therapy clients.  (Please log in to the Client Portal to send an encrypted e-mail to the therapist.)  In addition, we cannot connect with clients or their family members via our personal social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) as per the ethical guidelines of our profession and our organization’s policies.  In addition, if you should be in the same social or public setting as your therapist, she will not acknowledge or greet you so as not to identify you as a therapy client.
