Employment Opportunities
Therapist. This is a full-time independent contractor position with varied and flexible work hours (20 to 40 hours per week). The minimum requirements are: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; full licensure as an LIMHP, LADC; at least one year experience with treatment of trauma. The salary range is i.e., $22 to $30 per hour). Salary will be determined based on education, experience, and expertise. The ideal candidate will have one or more of the additional preferred qualifications: experience providing behavioral health treatment to adults (19+); fully trained EMDR therapist or able to become fully trained within 12-18 months after hire; experience working in a CARF-accredited organization.
Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position (10 to 20 hours per week) with the work schedule of Monday to Friday, with flexible work hours, and pay rate of $16 to $20 per hour. Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and supervision of personnel. Supports the BHR President and other personnel through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential, proprietary, and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures in the behavioral health and criminal justice fields and CARF standards. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Peer Support Specialist. We are currently considering creating a position for a part-time Peer Support Specialist. More information about this will be posted in the near future.
